Hello and welcome to Arista Aromas. We pride ourselves on our customer service and have been highly praised for this by our customers over the years. We want you to have the best experience whilst using our little website, so any questions or queries' you may have, please don't hesitate to get in touch!

We have tried to be fair in writing our terms as well as sticking to legislation.

Returns & Refunds.

Arista Aromas reserves the right to refund in the form of a credit note for our website for use at a further date. To make a refund request, please email us at - aristaaromas@gmail.com. Please state the reason for the refund request i.e. damaged or missing items. Please provide pictures and attach to any correspondence between us. This will help us to better understand the situation. 

We asked that all items are returned unused and unopened. We understand you will open the postal box, but all items inside must remain unused and in-tact. We will then arrange for your item to be collected from you and delivered back to us. After receiving the return, we will then assess any issues and refund/ credit account where applicable.

PLEASE NOTE: You must request refunds within 28 from date of purchase. After that time has passed, we reserve right to refund or not as we wish.

Open Box Explanation.

Don’t forget you can now use our open box service to save on postage! Our 'Open Box' service is a great way to save money on larger orders, as well as being able to grab those exclusive offers again without having to pay out for postage every time!

How does it work?

Simply add the products you’d like to your basket, and choose OPEN BOX, at the checkout. 
You won’t be charged postage, and your items WILL NOT be posted for delivery. The items you’ve paid for will be put into a box this end, and every order you make using 'Open Box' at the checkout will be stored in the same box. With your name on. You can use the 'Open Box' option as many times as you would like, there is no limit.

When you’d like your items sent, simply add one more item to your basket, only this time choosing ‘CLOSE OPEN BOX AND SEND’. You’ll pay postage, and All the items you’ve paid for will then be packed up properly, and sent out to you asap.

All of the fragrance oils used by our company as safely tried and tested before being sold wholesale. All oils are synthetic and none are tested on animals. Any safety data sheets are available on request. Please note that as with any product allergic reactions may occur.
